Little Magdalena

Back several weeks ago when I was making up a bunch of little scrapper rugs  (the posting is listed here:   http://thegrinningsheep.blogspot.com/2013/06/little-scrappers-stash-buster-cuties.html) I also hooked up this little Magdalena adaption that's 8 x 12" as a mat, not counting the tongues border.

The colors in this photo aren't representative at all of the real rug which is full of earthy primitive colors.  Sometimes you just can't fix the camera flash.  I wish you could see it in it's true colors.  It's a little cutie:
